It was an unlikely final as far as the B3 Division stats were concerned – and definitely as far as mighty Azzurri was concerned.

But then Etna had never been much for numbers anyhow and ulimately emerged on the right end of an 8-5 shootout over Bone for Tuna to capture the championship in question. Etna owes Bone for Tuna a tiny debt of gratitude after their unlikely rivals walked the walk and expelled top dog Azzurri in the semifinals.

Stiinta Andy Transport, meanwhile, surprised absolutely no one as they doubled up on Ashton Villa 4-2 to bring home their first championship in the current formation. The team had beat the defending champs twice already and had only surrendered two losses the entire season.

POTG: Marc Bernard scored twice against Bone For Tuna and collected five goals in all as Camvi waged another successful three-game championship campaign.
