An opening season romp against some of the FC2 Division’s struggling sides has left the FC Vipers in prime pouncing position.

The squad made it three straight games without a loss following a 2-0 shutout win over les Tipsy, with Megan Pasquale and Milena Rinaldi rounding out Maya Ciccione’s 5-goal tear in games one and two for the division’s most lethal offence. And still, fellow undefeated competitors les Braves and Fischer Electrique kept pace with shutout wins of their own, making any talk of Viper domination premature at best.

LOOKING AHEAD TO WEEK 4 …

Les Bleus will need a win over the Pink Panthers on Sunday to keep pace with undefeated FC Division heads Queen of the World and the Avengers.

Then on Tuesday, FC Vipers will face their first real test in the FC2 Division when they battle undefeated les Braves, while lossless FC Babette will look to keep pace in the C1B title race against FC San Simon.
